A specific program will be designed for each client based on his or her needs and goals. These may include but are not limited to Functional Movement Screening, Weightlifting, Olympic lifting, High Intensity Interval Training, SAQ Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness), Corrective Exercise and Flexibility.
